O you who feel (are âGentlemenû)! Once you take care of each other in contracting a debt for a fixed time, then produce it down. Enable a scribe compose it down among you with fairness; and also the scribe should not flinch to write down as Allah has taught him, so he should compose precisely the way it is; and let him who owes the credit card debt dictate. And Allow him have piety (takwâ) in direction of Allah, his Lord, (and Permit him guard himself towards His Orders) and let him not diminish nearly anything from it; but when he who owes the credit card debt is unsound in being familiar with, or weak or (if) He's not able to dictate himself, let his guardian dictate in justice (with fairness); and connect with in to witness from among the your Males two witnesses; but if you will find not two men, then one gentleman and two Females of for instance you approve as witnesses, in order that if on the list of two (Girls) forgets, the other (girl) may remind her; along with the witnesses should not refuse when they are summoned; never turn into weary to jot down it (your deal) (whether it is) small or huge, along with the date of payment. This is much more equitable inside the Sight of Allah and assures larger precision in testimony and the closest (way) to circumvent uncertainties between yourselves, other than when it is actually ready goods which you give and acquire (profit-income out) amongst yourselves from hand at hand, then there is absolutely no sin on you if you do not compose it down. But take witnesses when you purchase-sell with each other, and Permit no damage be carried out towards the scribe or on the witness; and when you do (it), then certainly It will likely be wickedness (Fisq=likely away from the Way of Allah or falling away from the path of Allah) in your case. Have piety (takwâ) in the direction of Allah and Allah teaches you, and Allah is definitely the All-Knowing of all issues. (282)
وَاتَّقُواْ يَوْماً لاَّ تَجْزِي نَفْسٌ عَن نَّفْسٍ شَيْئاً وَلاَ يُقْبَلُ مِنْهَا شَفَاعَةٌ وَلاَ يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهَا عَدْلٌ وَلاَ هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ ﴿٤٨﴾ two/Al-Baqarah-forty eight: Vattakoo yavman lea taczee nafsun aan nafsin shay’an va lea yukbalu minhea shafeaaatun va lea yu’haazu minhea aadlun va lea hum yunsaaroon(yunsaaroona).

228. 2:237 وَإِنْ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَمَسُّوهُنَّ وَقَدْ فَرَضْتُمْ لَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً فَنِصْفُ مَا فَرَضْتُمْ إِلَّا أَنْ يَعْفُونَ أَوْ يَعْفُوَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ ۚ وَأَنْ تَعْفُوا أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰ ۚ وَلَا تَنْسَوُا الْفَضْلَ بَيْنَكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ And if you divorce them before you have touched them and you've got already specified for them an surat al baqara obligation, then [give] 50 percent of Anything you specified - Except they forego the right or the one in whose click here hand is the wedding deal foregoes it.

ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْغَيْبِ وَيُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَٰهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ
Allah has established a seal upon their hearts and upon their surah baqarah text hearing, and above their eyesight is usually a veil. And for them is a great punishment.
I'm Studying the Surah Baqara which is so amazing knowledge for me to find out and hear this surah that is so awesome while in the free time for me
214. Or think you that you will enter Paradise without such (trials) as came to those who passed absent prior to deciding to? His likeness is the likeness of a sleek rock on which can be a bit dust, then a significant rain falls upon it, so it leaves it bare. They're not in a position to do just about anything with what they've attained. And Allah does not guidebook the disbelieving persons. (264)
